They don't have a corpse requirement like the Necro, so I just kept resummoning them when they died against Meph and Lilith (the other bosses were a pushover)! Having 8 wolves, a bear, a spirit and a vine provide a zoo of meat shields.
I did use end game gear for my windy, but I don't see why this isn't doable with the most basic of gear and I wouldn't be surprised if this build can tie the smiter's uber slaying capability early ladder. Post patch 2.4, the addition of the Frenzy merc, ability to have 9 wolf + bear summons, and solar creeper buff have made the wind druid surprisingly fun to play.
